The schedule begins after written authorization, required payment terms, full property access, working utilities, and final paint-color selection.

Scope of work
Paint the entire interior, including ceilings, in one color (approximately 1,056 sq. ft.; 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom).
Paint all doors white with semi-gloss paint; remove hardware before painting and reinstall it after completion.
Remove carpet, carpet padding, and tack strips in all rooms in preparation for LVP installation.
Degrease all kitchen cabinets.
Paint kitchen countertops with kitchen countertop paint.
Repair and rescreen the front window screens.
Repair the front screen door, including the broken door closer so it opens and closes properly.
Written change approval
Concealed damage, changed quantities, upgraded materials, or added work require written approval before charges are added.
